The best support for neurodivergent people is born where science, practice and lived experience meet. That's why we created a conference that brings together specialists, autistic and ADHD people, and their loved ones. We present mindfulness not as a theory or the practice of sitting in silence, but as a concrete tool that helps manage stress, regulate emotions and build relationships based on understanding and acceptance.

Weronika Chmielewska

President of the EduMind Foundation, conference organiser

Our goal is to build a world where diversity of thinking and functioning is a real asset, not a barrier. Supporting neurodivergent people also means supporting their families, their schools and society as a whole. In co-creating this conference we want to strengthen dialogue and the exchange of experience between practitioners, science and lived experience.

Co-founder of the ALEKlasa Foundation, conference organiser
